TEMPRD Standoff Pins are compact yet incredibly strong. Only ¾ of each pin is used to anchor the glass securely into the mounting surface, while the remaining portion is twisted into place after the glass is set—compressing it for a secure hold.
Crafted from 6061 aluminum—trusted in both aerospace and marine industries—these lightweight, side-mounted pins offer high performance in a minimalist form. Available in four premium powder-coated finishes:

Frequently Asked Questions
Viewrail Standoff brackets can easily be installed by two people, using only a handful of tools. Simply pre-drill the holes in the mounting surface, secure the base of the pin with a lag screw, and thread the pin core and sleeve onto the base. When all base/sleeve units have been installed, thread the cap bolts into the caps, and add a flat washer. This makes standoffs great for staircases. Finally, install the glass panels one at a time, and finish by adding the caps. For more detailed instructions and installation tips, check out our Install Guide.
